Your Role
As Sales Support, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial growth and network development. You’ll work closely with the sales department and colleagues while maintaining direct communication with our engineering team. Our company has a flat organizational structure, which means you’ll have the freedom and responsibility to take initiative and contribute across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team, dealers, and agents with:

Creating AutoCAD (or Inventor) sales designs for leafy green production systems

Calculating system prices and compiling full quotations

Requesting budget quotations from suppliers and partners

Translating technical and commercial inputs into compelling offers in Word

Developing marketing materials, sales presentations, and system overviews
-
Running email and phone campaigns to support sales outreach

Preparing for trade shows, including materials and logistics
You will also help develop the internal tools and structure needed to support a growing network of dealers and agents – creating clear templates, promotional content, training materials, and pricing support.
Requirements

Technical background
-
Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Skilled in AutoCAD, Inventor, or other CAD software

Accurate, detail-focused, and well-organized

A team player with good communication skills

Self-starting and responsible with a proactive mindset
